WORKOUT
Fitness United was created to assist with beginner and intermediate workouts - for those who cannot afford a personal trainer. The purpose of this program is to provide support and direction in order for you to achieve your fitness goals. The program will provide monthly workout guidelines and meal plan suggestions so that long-term success is possible. Fitness United is carefully designed to help you lose weight appropriately, improve your eating habits and make a positive permanent health change for life!


CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMS
Every client receives a personalized fitness program. As part of this process, we will complete an assessment together so that Fitness United is able to design the best exercise plan to suit you. Each plan is customized to fit you and your specific needs and goals. Every Fitness United plan is designed to be 30 to 40 minutes long, and exercises different muscle groups each session. We combine strength training, impact exercises and cardiovascular workouts in a healthy balance according to your abilities, goals and requirements. Flexibility is one of Fitness United’s strengths that come from personal attention to your needs.

STRETCHING PROGRAM
Stretching your muscles and joints improves your range of motion and balance, and increases your flexibility. And, once you’ve developed strength and flexibility, you will be able to withstand greater physical stress. With strength comes the reduced chance of injury during normal daily activity. Stretching is important after each workout as muscles tighten after your workout; a ten to fifteen minute stretching regimen is appropriate after each workout.
